You once a week in place of one of your regular cleans, lather thoroughly from root to tip, once you have worked through the hair and created a luxurious lather, LEAVE on for up to 5 minutes while it removed the impurities from your hair, Rinse well and follow with either your Olaplex No 5 Conditioner or Olaplec No 8
