Shipping & Return Policy
We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will only accept returned merchandise that has not been opened, used or any security seals broken.
Returns Made Easy
We Recommend using DPD for returns.
Returns should be sent to us through the DPD Returns Portal. Please click this link https://dpd.ie/Returns#/ where the process is outlined in very easy steps. Choose Hair Republic from the retailer list and insert your Hair Republic order number and all steps are explained from here. There is a charge of €5.50 for this service. When returning an item please use this returns portal as you will be able to trace this return, we can not process refunds or replacements for items we never receive.
If you wish to return anything we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund you through your original payment method, the relevant amount less shipping.
If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will pay for the return postage provided you have only The DPD Returns Portal.
Please notify us at info@hairrepublic.ie if you have not received your order within 7 days of it being dispatched from Hair Republic If non delivery is not reported to our courier service within 7 days, we are unable to address any non delivery issues.
Please ensure to use sturdy packaging when returning any item and please be sure to include your details and order number. We reserve the right to withhold a refund where inadequate packaging has been used. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from Hair Republic, please enclose a copy of the email in your return, we can not accept returns we know nothing about.
We must receive your return within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your original payment method for the relevant amount less shipping.
If you are returning a product which is outside of the 14 day period from when you received your order, store credit will be issued.
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product(s), please notify us in writing or via email within 7 days to info@hairrepublic.ie We will offer you a replacement straightaway, or a full refund of the monies already paid upon return of the original item.
Change Of Mind
If you are dissatisfied with a product, for any reason, you will be refunded the price you paid for the product, upon return of the original item. This will of course depend on the circumstances being within our returns policy and terms and conditions.
Refunds
Refund processing time depends on the refund method, the merchant, and the card issuer. Credit and debit card refunds managed within Shopify, it will usually take 5 – 10 business days for you to receive your refund. There might be slight difference between the processing time for credit cards versus debit cards, depending on your bank.
Incorrect Product
In the rare incident that the wrong product has been delivered we will dispatch the correct product or if the original product is no longer required we will offer a full refund, upon receipt of the item that was delivered in error. It is the customers responsibility to check your order on receipt and any errors must be reported to infor@hairrepublic.ie within 5 days receiving your order in order for any issue to be rectified.
