I ordered a shampoo and conditioner set, but unfortunately, the full-size conditioner was out of stock. Customer service was fantastic—they immediately sent a travel-size conditioner for free (which arrived within a week alongside my shampoo), complete with a sweet personal note and candy! My full-size conditioner arrived just a couple of days later. Excellent service and a wonderful unboxing experience. Would definitely recommend!
